More Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Site layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also contained in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.

This development map is marked up in notations in red and includes a key labelling different areas of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.

Further images made public as part of the ongoing oversight process.
